Guests arrived and so did the food!
And we ate and ate and ate. Mark and Johnny both cooked a turkey and they both were delicious.
Next time I will leave more room for dessert!

Thanksgiving 2015
We had some of Mark's family and our friend Johnny over for Thanksgiving this year. It was fun and delicious despite the fact that I ruined the green bean casserole. Thankfully Mark was willing to take charge of the turkey. He got down to business spatchcocking, brining and cooking it.
