March 2024

March brought an important work trip to Scotland for Mark.

Student Government did their Colts are Great spirit week at school culminating in a huge assembly with prizes etc. It was a lot of work!

Mid March was the end of Quarter 3 for us. This was a brutal term end for Brian. He worked so many hours, especially on his AP Physics class. He did complete the term keeping his 4.0! As I think about last year, it was also the end of Quarter 3 that was so difficult. Maybe it's a trend we need to anticipate.

While Brian spent his time working on homework, Timmy spent some time in the swim spa.

Both Brian and Timmy started tennis in March. Timmy played through a youth tennis league and Brian played for the high school with Mark as his coach!

The director of the teen center came to the Student Government class to thank us for donating the money from our Gold Rush Fundraiser.

The boys played in a piano recital. Timmy played Jon Schmidt's "All of Me" and Brian played Jon Schmidt's "Waterfall".

Timmy attended a math competition.

Out to eat for Brian's 16th Birthday!

At school on Brian's birthday the SBOs put on their big assembly to announce the new SBO winners for next year.

March ended with Easter Sunday and enjoying dinner at the Ranch where we celebrated Brian's birthday with the Evans family.
