November 2021

We started November with a beautiful trip to the temple with our friend Kathrin who was going through for the first time. It was a wonderful experience!

Halloween was over, so the straw at Wheeler Farm went up for grabs. We got two huge bales for animal bedding and we were able to unload with the tractor. So easy!

I have been trying all kinds of compression socks to help me with POTS. These are still my favorite.

Mark and Brian have been adding to the arsenal of airsoft guns.

We asked friends and neighbors for their leftover pumpkins to give to the animals, and by the end of November we got truck loads!

The boys love when Mark has time to play some football or frisbee with them.

Our friend gave us tickets to the last BYU home game in November. It was so much fun!

Mark continued with smoking lots of delicious food. His ribs are amazing!

My mom and I practiced for and played at the Cannon/Hinkley dinner at the Joseph Smith Memorial building. It was so good for me to practice more and so fun to play with my mom.

Brian and his friends got together to make Chinese dumplings and a video for a school project. It was fun to watch them cook together and speak Chinese.

Timmy got his first Covid vaccination!

Mark got to take half a day off his busy work to get some fishing in.

Brian got his braces off!

My favorite thing about November was that Luke and Sunny arrived from California! We were all very excited to have them in town! Right away Luke had some fun mind puzzles for the boys to figure out.

And Sunny made us the most delicious Korean food.

Then we did some arm wrestling. I can no longer beat the boys.

Brian got back into Legos after putting together a set that Google gave to Sunny.

Thanksgiving came and we hosted the Hsiao family. Mark smoked the Turkey.

It was delicious!

After Thanksgiving we went up to the Ranch for a day of airsoft battles! I really loved the the day we got to spend at the Ranch.

Back home, Mark installed a basketball hoop at his parent's house across the street. Timmy is especilaly excited about it.
That wraps up November around here. I am looking forward to December and the Christmas Season. It is one of my favorites!
